Managing security
The Box security settings can be configure only when the 'Default Roles' are selected in the app's technical configuration, otherwise, all users will be granted highest level permissions.
There are three levels of permissions, on top of the Jira permission and security settings, which are always respected by the app.
The permissions can be granted to individual users or to groups.

| Program admin | All permissions, except for access to Administration are granted to given user or group, including access to the Program configuration. |
| Program editor | Users or groups are allowed to edit Programs including:

| Program user | Users or groups can see all the tasks in a "read-only' way. |
Program Administrators not necessarily need to be Jira Administrators. Depending on the privileges one holds in the company these may always vary.
