Manually added tasks
Manually added tasks do not fit the scope filter when added by the user. If you add a task using the app's '+ Task' or '+ New Risk' buttons and select a Jira project outside of the Program's scope during the task creation such task will added to the 'manually added task' list.
Also, if the "Show tasks not in filter" feature available in the previous versions of the app was enabled, all the task which do not fit the scope filters will be added to the list.
